City/WAPSO June 2013 Memorandum of Agreement

City/WAPSO Amended Offer Summary (Dated: 2013 June 7)

All provisions of the earlier offer, April 24, 2013, are maintained with the following changes:

Term of Agreement:
October 12, 2011 to the end of PP#21, 2015 (October 17, 2015)


General Wage Increase:
Effective PP #21, 2011 (October 12, 2011) - 0%
Effective PP #21, 2012 (October 7, 2012) - 1% (Wage Increase will be Retroactive)
Effective PP #22, 2013 (October 20, 2013) - 2.5%
Effective PP #22, 2014 (October 19, 2014) - 2.5%


Implementation dates for any new or increased benefits have moved to later dates to reflect the later date of ratification.

An increase to Vision Care from $250.00 to $300.00 has been advanced to August 1, 2013 with the further increase to $350.00 remaining at January 1, 2014.
