There is an interesting article that recently appeared on the British Broadcasting Corporation's (BBC) website that WAPSO-IFPTE Local 162 would like to share with its members as information.

The BBC article reports that government of French President Francois Hollande is proposing "right to disconnect" labour legislation that is aimed at improving work-life balance and reducing stress and "burn-out" risk caused by the digital "electronic leash" of e-mails that keeps employees tied to their work long after the office is closed.
